Welcome to Whitman! I’m Briana, a senior English major from a small beach town on Long Island’s North Fork.
When I first stepped foot on Princeton’s campus, I felt as though I’d been transported into the pages of a fairy tale. Here at the University, I’ve had experiences my high school self could only have dreamed of: from hiking, biking, and kayaking Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way to studying creative nonfiction under Pulitzer Prize winner John McPhee.
I’m happiest when spending time with family, writing, singing, taking photos, and adventuring through nature. On campus, I’m a copy editor with The Princeton Traveler and a student blogger for the Office of Admissions. During the school year, I also intern part-time at literary agencies in Manhattan and run a personal blog, Pages Are My Passport.
As a writer, I’m always in search of a good story—and now, I can’t wait to hear yours.
